if you ever fall in love with a writer, please run away. as if you stay, oh, darling if you stay, every utterance, every action, every blunder, every memory, every grief, every tear, every lesson, every word, every scar, will always be remembered, and never, ever, neglected. if you stay, you will soon be struggling with yourself in the middle of the night, as that's all we are good at, messing things up. that's all we will ever be good at, annihilating things, and then grieving over the heartbreak, letting us drown in the ocean of memories.

tell us one wrong thing and we will keep on nurturing that with the same love that we bleed on our poems. we will succumb to depression, tell ourselves we deserve this pain, convince ourselves that this is the only kind of love we have ever known, the kind that blows you like a storm, not the kind that will settle you down.
