With the global economy shrinking and employment opportunities drying up -the situation is becoming very grim. There are job losses everywhere and 95% of statups fail. Big ecommerce companies are running in Rs 2000 crore loss. The traditional businesses -which were relevant in 1980s are still providing the core of jobs. MBA graduates are begging for Rupees 5000 per month jobs; Engineers are offered Rupees 11000 per month jobs. There is lack of vision everywhere and forced entrepreneurship is impending upon us.
