Wonderful Book

I first read this book while studying architecture in college. I had to read a number of books on structure and materials that were full of tables, statistical data and the like. Boring!How different this one was, and what a pleasure it was to read. I still have it today. With simple easy to understand illustrations it shows you how and why things work the way they do. This is a classic. And I won't sell my copy, so don't ask.This is not a 'how to' book. Its for those want to understand how architecture structural forms and methods work. Worth many times the price.
