You may find it useful to understand these words

The book contains some very common Italian naughty expressions and there are people in every culture who enjoy peppering their everyday language with these kinds of expressions - as far as Italian language goes, I've heard many more men than women using these expressions. You may or may not want to use them, but if hang around Italian communities (even if you're not travelling to Italy), or if you're watching Italian movies - you may be glad to understand what they're talking about.
