The following project is framed in the elaboration of a strategic model for the preparation of receiving in volleyball from a competitive point of view, as well as its increase in quality, efficiency and effectiveness on the training processes of receiving in youth volleyball. In correspondence with the demands of current volleyball for the successful execution of the reception, it is necessary that the preparation of the same be related during training with all the components of the preparation, as well as with all the elements and factors that are observed in the game, achieving a greater development and realization during the match of the complex 1 and 2 (K1 and K2).
