Book Overview

"An extraordinary survival tale mixed with the magic of a human spirit that could not be broken." Jon Almada "An excellent life changing story...You will not be able to walk away from this book without thinking you have actually known Kim all of your life. She has an extraordinary way of finding just the right words to express herself and keep you hooked." MAM 2006 "A read well worth considering" by Midwest Book Review. "The author is able to share her lessons from her experiences with an insight and clarity that would appeal to all readers, not only those affected by substance abuse. A captive read that leaves one very satisfied, yet hungry for the author's next writing." Chances Mudder "It is a story offering hope and healing for those caught in a web of pain, suffering, emotional emptiness, anxiety, and mental illness. Kim Vazquez shares her story of vulnerability openly and candidly..." Richard Blake, Amazon Top 500 Reviewer "The humour is refreshing lightening the whole read throughout. Her personal discovery of herself leads to a beautiful connection to Spirit. Truly an incredible read and highly recommended." Karen Edwards This story is a unique blend of the paranormal, personal triumph, recovery and spirituality. Cover details: What is the consequence of allowing the pain of your past to create your life today? Kim's compelling story is a case study in how our thoughts affect our reality. It shows how miracles happen when we embrace our own worth and become who we are meant to be. Even though she has tried to outrun the pain all her life, in 2006, Kim, a successful businesswoman, comes face to face with her haunted past. Almost twelve years have passed since her intense emotional pain had turned into crushing migraine headaches. She now finds herself not only addicted to painkillers and alcohol, but also dealing with a mind that refuses to leave her alone. She begins to pray ... to die. Instead of dying, Kim experiences the miracle that brings her to sobriety. She finds herself very much alive and leading the life of her dreams. It is now that she receives the answer to her lifelong question, Why did all of this happen to a nice girl like me? Kim's story is powerful and written with courageous honesty. It takes the reader into the mind of a woman struggling to leave her past behind and find her self-worth. It's through recovery that Kim finds spirituality and begins to walk the path into a life better than she'd ever imagined she could live. This book is an inspirational must-read for anyone seeking to enrich the quality of his or her life.

Strangers Among Us: Enlightened Beings from a World to Come

I have puchased 4 books by Ruth Montgomery and they were bought for a friend and she gave them as gifts. It was convient and prompt service to order and recieve the books. The books were in excellent condition and I would order from them again.

Good Book

I thought the book was quite intriguing. I am not sure that I buy the idea that we have a massive amount of these people in the world today, considering the present state of affairs. However, like most of Montgomery's books, it is thought provoking. I would recommend it to anyone interested in spiritualistic studies.

Very interesting.

This was one of my first metaphysical books and it helped open my mind to other such subjects. The walk-in concept is very interesting, and Montgomery really makes it seem plausible. Since reading this book years and years ago i have run into many other writings that mention similar phenomenon, thus concreting my belief in walk-in type beings. I really like and recommend anything written by Montgomery, whether or not it is true is up to you but my mind is open to suggestion.

Excellent book about Walk Ins!!!

I've found all of Ruth's books really have hit home with me, but this one is amazing. She is the person that brought the word, walk in, to the American public, and knows what she is talking about. As I was reading it, I found it to be very logical, commen sense, and I knew that this was real, as amazing a process as it is. Then I proceeded to write to the people that she was talking about, and listened to what they had to say about it. I've since made good friends with a Bio Sensitives named Charlotte King. .... She is the only tripple Walk In on the planet, did you know that? And she is so down to earth, honest, and caring. Very loving. After talking to her, I discovered that I was also a BioSensitive person, and could see how it was affecting my life. I was VERY sick right before the Kobe, Japan Earthquake (a famous one!) and once it happened, at the exact time, all my symptoms went away! She told me how to deal with the reactions, how to learn from them.So yes, I totally believe Ruth Montgomery about the Walk Ins. They are quite amazing people!!!Jason Winters is another one. Here is his site! He makes a tea that purifies your blood so that you can Heal things wrong in your body. Check it out! It works! ..... There are many others in the book. But these two are very nice people, doing good on this planet. Definitely worth meeting.Tianca
