Utilizing mindfulness, thought stopping techniques, meditation and prayer to say the Lord's Prayer on a daily basis. I am forever grateful for the extensive community help. It took more than a village to transform me. I thank a higher power and feel so very blessed to all those who helped me. I hope that this book may bring survival to anyone suffering with mental health disorders. I hope you can find peace through your higher power. The pictures were all taken and placed in succession to demonstrate the flow of thoughts and actions. The colors in the photos became alive to me with the vibrancy.
Donna lives in Cape Cod and enjoys the beauty here with so many beaches and nature trails. She is semi-retired from the health care industry and is now enjoying photo journaling and nature walks. She has renewed her faith in a higher power and considers herself very blessed and grateful.
