"You are held by what you hold in mind" my mentor would say. And little did I know I was holding onto a lot. Sabotaging my own success and setting myself up for failure with unrealistic expectations and unrealistic timelines.

As time passed, I found repeating patterns in my Life curve, The way I expressed and received love became fixated, I had stopped flowing with the river of life, till I met the ocean; till I chose to break out of the cycle, welcome all the emotions, accept all of 'those' thoughts, and let it all go.

No longer held, I am free from my past, I am free from the worries of the future, I live in this moment, here & now

This book is a journey through all the stages of love that one might go through during a relationship. There's always ups and downs but we try our best and thats what matters.
