I’d have given it 6 stars......

I began this book in the morning and finished it by that very afternoon! And I’d have probably finished it sooner if I didn’t have to feed, exercise, and take my two Boxers out for bathroom breaks!!! It’s a memoir of a ‘regular’ guy (who is actually anything BUT) who came of age in the 60’s in The Bronx, NY - and he’ll take you along for the ride with him (figuratively, of course) - and by the time you finish the book, you’ll have wished you had gone along (literally) for the ride that he writes about - and that played such an important part in his life. One of the best memoirs I’ve ever read.
