The book is written on a canvas to express the uniqueness of God's endless love and mercy He has for all of us. Written from a heart whose writer has compassion for those he lives with, works with, and comes in contact with on a daily basis. While being active and on the court with the players and coaches daily, Stories from the Sidelines offers a different perspective on athletics, life and a walk with God. Kevin E. Heenan has been an assistant basketball coach at Vanguard University from 2012 until present. His love for writing about his faith and basketball has led him to put together this book, Stories from the Sidelines. In addition to coaching basketball, Kevin has worked as a Mortgage Banker in Newport Beach, California for the past thirty-seven years. Along with his wife of forty years, Debbie, they've raised four children; Ryan (wife Cori), Dennis (wife Kelsey), Jamie (husband Tucker), and Kelly and they currently have three grandchildren; Cooper, Kendall, and Coby. Kevin's biggest hobby is his love for food and cooking and has an active Instagram account @kevins_kitchen. Kevin and Debbie have resided in Costa Mesa, California for the past thirty-seven years.
