Stories For Days: An Interview Memoir 2015-2019

Sexy, joyous, and tragic true stories create a unique mixture of emotion in this interview memoir. Two voices tell this tale, though they come from the same person - Me, GG. My alter-ego interviewer is used for interjecting humor, digging for details, and revealing more truth than I feel like telling. Events unfold crazily, the only way life can transpire. Through these triumphant written accounts I hope entertain and inspire others to realize their timeline and review their own strength.
My fianc? Daniel died from a heroin overdose in Chicago in 2015. This story starts there. The details are raw. The book ends five years later with me writing the book. Between April 2015 and December 2019 I have visits to the ER, drink myself stupid, get fired a few times, sleep around, lose all my friends, gain and lose 60lbs, contemplate suicide, go to rehab and send off three additional friends to Heaven.

But, I also have a ton of reckless, joyous fun. Nothing is not told. Year four, 2019, I got myself sober and wrote this book while on vacation in Miami.

I believe we are meant to express ourselves and be vulnerable in all ways. Doing this leads to Love and self acceptance. Stories for Days might be considered crass, disgusting, embarrassing or ridiculous. Therefore it is also is sincere, exciting, confident, sweet, and makes total sense.
