A must read for any person that wants to enjoy life and themselves more!!

Stop Overthinking and boost your mood is a fantstic road map to make simple changes in your life to have meaningful long lasting effects. It is written in an inviting and descriptive way that a middle aged man who was stuck in his ways can change and alter his own feelings and emotions. I was today years old when i finally understood how my brain works and controls my actions and reactions. Learning about historical stories i have told myself and how i can alter them over time to have a new supportive positive outlook. I have gone back already and refreshed some of my journal entries and rewritten them. I have also realized that i already have the tools or habits within me that self soothes. I cannot recommend this book enough if you are looking for a way to improve the person you are and how you think about yourself. It is really magical, simple and easy to change your life. JMB
