Great Reading!

Received book in record time and excellent condition. I love reading Judith Pella novels. Lots of action.

One of my favorite series

This book is part of one of my favorite series. It is 385 pages of smaller-than-normal print, and yet I couldn't put this series down. It is very well-written and has a good mix of emotions flowing throughout the book. On a side note, I would recommend this series for an audience above 16 years of age. The main character is a woman who marries a stranger 'out west' around civil war times only to realize the man is very abusive and heartless. She finds her way to happiness and salvation, but it is a rough road and I would not recommend this book for the younger teen crowd. Overall I enjoyed it and will keep this set and will enjoy re-reading it through the years.
