Still Standing is about my own personal life, as a black woman who has survived molestation, rape and all kinds of diversity. Making it through a family who's ideal of family is taking care of self. I've learned through all of my lows in life how to manage to stay on top. Most of all I have taught myself to not ask why, live with my head held high and love God to the fullest.
