A great book for English Composition Students

A great book with easy to understand text for the college freshman composition student. A little humor is tossed in here and there which makes the reading a lot less dry than other composition books. There is a slight feminist tone to some of the english usage instruction, as well as to some of the examples and topic ideas. At times, it seems that Jean Wyrick is trying to toss out some of her personal opinions by using them as examples in the text. However, it is a GREAT book and serves its purpose well!
