People today talk about the good old days. They look back in the past and marvel over the things God had done and how he used his people to do his will in the earth as instruments to work his power through performing miracles, signs, and wonders. The assumption is that God is not moving like that today. But they are wrong, and it is to this end that I'm writing this book to shed light on God's expectation for his people now. The Bible states in Malachi 3:6, "For I am the Lord, I change not." Hebrews 13:8 states, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to-day, and for ever." When we search the scripture, we discover that God's intent was not only to work miracles, signs, and wonders in the past, but his expectation is that we go forth today doing the same through his power, operating as modern world deliverers!
