A great novel

I think this has got to be one of the best novels based on a movie I have ever read except for Lean On Me but that's a different story anyway I give this book a ten because it has a moral to it, teatches how two worlds can be so different, learning to acept changes a really good moral! Even though some of the language was totaly uncalled for I must remember that it is a novel based on a PG-13 book and not a childrens book, or young adult book but an adult book and I should respect that so anyways if I could I would give this book a 10 but since I can only pick 1,2,3,4, and 5 I'll just have to settel with a five.

The best book and movie in a long time

Stepmom is the best movie I have seen all year. Julia and Susan make the movie so realistic. I love everything about the book and movie. I definetly would give it 2 thumbs up!!

I think this book was better than the movie.

You can feel more when reading the book. I read the book before I went to the movieand realized that some parts were left out. If you choose to read this book keep a box of tissues nearby.

A must read book for a mom as well as stepmom.

Being a stepmom is a real rough job. People automatically assume that you are some kind of home wrecker and end up not giving you a chance when all you want is to love and be loved! I love my husband and everything about him, even his 6yr. old daughter.But it sure is hard not to take things personally. I saw myself and stepdaughter so many times in the book and it made me feel like I wasn't alone. Mom's and stepmoms should definatly read it!!

I Cried 5-Foot Deep Pools

Stepmom is an unbeatable book. Maggie Robb goes deep inside the soul of Jackie and deep inside the thoughts of Isabel. She expressed emotions that I could never ever put in to words. This is a fabulous book, and everyone can find their soul, and a piece of themselves in Stepmom.
