Poor condition when it was supposed to be Very Good.

I ordered in Very Good condition. The item I received was very far from that. It has pages ripped out, the front was colored in and most of the pages have been drawn on. At best, this would be considered acceptable. Lately I’ve had several books that have come in poor condition and were marked as Very Good or like new. Very frustrating. For the actual book itself, it’s a great drawing book. It’s Usborne standards so you know it’s good. I had planned to add this to a gift for one of my kids but the condition it came in makes that impossible
