This is by far the best cookbook I own. Every recipe that I have tried has been beyond excellent! Every recipe is made from scratch with clear directions and full-color photos resulting in very interesting, fresh, delicious, and authentic flavors. Even novice cooks, like myself, are able to successfully follow the clearly illustrated instructions and produce unique and tasty dishes. It is rare to find a single cookbook with wonderful recipes from all three popular ethnic cooking styles. Recipes include appetizers, salads, side dishes, entrees, and desserts. I am constantly being asked for recipes!
