Stealth: Bravo Eight Three

When a nation that threatens World peace start to build a secret hardened airbase in the mountains of there country, they become a threat. Even more of a threat when that airbase is built less than an hours flight away from the western allied bases.
At first the base looked like a direct threat, but any fighter aircraft that is launched from this new base could be quickly dealt with the large scale allied air force in the area. Although it is a threat, confidence is high that no Iranian aircraft could ever make it through the defences around the Gulf.
But what happens if Iran manages to build a stealth aircraft, an aircraft that has the same stealth ability of the most advanced western aircraft, an aircraft that the west cannot detect, a stealth aircraft that can actually carry a nuclear warhead.
Does this aircraft really exist? And how do we locate this aircraft.
