March 2020 - Covid 19 emerges as a Global Pandemic. It leads to lockdowns through countries across the Globe. Schools are shut. Everybody is advised to stay indoors for everyone's safety. An unprecedented experience for children of this generation. On the bright side, families get to spend a lot of time together. This is a collection of poems by Nitya, an eight year old from Hyderabad, India. She expresses several of her emotions and experiences during the lockdown times through simple verse and rhyme. A child's potrayal of her world, her house and family during the lockdown.
