You write letters that you never mean to send, hoping that you can rain your tears upon the pages and leave it there, so when you sign off you can begin again.

This is a collection of letters to my little sister, whom I still love very much. She is just as much as a victim as I but still so deeply indoctrinated that I fear she may never heal.

This is for my mother, who gleefully took everything that she could from me, including my voice.

But mostly, this is for me, because that little girl whom no one loved or understood, deserved to be heard.
