Starved Rock: Illuminating some great Indian history.

Thoroughly entertaining. The author nicely blends fact and fiction, with an appreciation of the actual historical events that took place. It was a pleasant surprise to learn where some of the names we are familiar with came from (e.g. Illini,Pontiac,Peoria). I think Starved Rock is a book everyone would enjoy reading.
