Star People: The Orion Nebula--Where Stars are Born

The Star People contains a short science fiction story in response to the 2010 BP oil spill. I awoke early in the morning to write the first draft after my distress at seeing the pictures of animals covered in the filth of that oil disaster. As my concern for ecological matters grew, I knew I had to publish this story. Poetry from the 1960s to December 2017 is included after the story as inspirational messages of hope. These years of poetry reflect my spiritual belief system that includes G-d's creation of higher life forms on other planets.
