Standards-based School Mathematics Curricula.

This is an excellent book on curriculum studies and important for the math education student. The UCMPS program is reviewed in a scholarly manner.

How effective emerging mathematics curricula are?

We used this book in a graduate course in mathematics education (focusing on curriculum) during Fall 2002 semester. Elementary, middle, and high school reform mathematics curriculum projects are evaluated based on their effects on student outcomes. This book contains many of those evaluation studies. It is a good compilation of curriculum evaluation/curriculum research reports.
