"A great guide to self-improvement in your business life"

This book offers advise to help one stand out in almost every area of business, from seeking work, to moving up from your present position. As stated in the title, this book deals with our relationships with supervisors, customers, co-workers, suppliers, etc.. I agree with the author, however, there are probably more than 330 ways to improve. Even changing a few of our bad habits can make a world of difference. We can all improve our attitudes as well as the impression we give to others. One small gripe about this book: The author cites examples for every situation. I would rather recieve more detail rather than examples. Mr. DuBrin must have done a great deal of research, as there are a lot of big names from business he has included. If the examples were left out this book would have only been about 150 pages. This is a well-written, easy to read book. There is a lot of great information within its pages. I highly recommend it.
