Wonderful book, true to the spirit of the original

C. Archer's Christy series for children stays true to the times and theme of Christy, by Catherine Marshall. In this book, Christy, Doctor MacNeill and Aunt Cora travel to Knoxville, where Christy stars as Juliet in a play. It is an exciting story. C.Archer adds interesting characters and plots. The entire C. Archer series is highly recommended by me, a librarian working with children for more than twenty years, and a Christy fan.
