A Breathe of Fresh Air

Like a breath of fresh air for a weary soul, Squeeze the Moment offers hope and inspiration. I love the way Karen goes back and forth between stories and personal accounts, and I love that she doesn't give a strict formula to bring joy back into one's life but reminds us how wonderful life is when we take the time to love those around us and to love ourselves.

This book has inspired me to become more alert to life.

I enjoyed this book because of its fast-paced reading--just 10-15 minutes a day, and the insight the author provides for how to experience and share spontaneous joy with others--regardless of life's circumstances. There are gifts of joy even behind the pain in our lives.
