Excellent overall SQL book

SQL Unleashed was exactly what I needed--a book to round out my knowledge of SQL.I have a pretty good practical working knowledge of SQL, but lots of holes. This book filled in the gaps and gave me lots of practical help instead of pure theory.

Finally an Intermediate & Advanced SQL Book!

This Intermediate - Advanced SQL book is one of the best I've seen. It covers ALL of the Advanced topics of SQL with different SQL implementations and also includes the SQL standards. This book also has a very nice Introduction to SQL section that will be useful to beginners.

Outstanding and practical guide. Many great examples.

I have been using SQL Unleashed for over a year, and it is the book I consult first when I have a SQL question. It has hundreds of examples, all of them extremely well explained.

Top SQL developer's guide!!!!

I love this book. Highly informative and fun to read. It makes difficult concepts understandable. The book has clarified many questions I previously head. If you buy only one book on SQL, then buy this one. Of all my books that discuss SQL, this one is the best.

Execelent reference book

I have read a number of SQL books for different purposes. "SQL Unleashed" stands out as an excellent reference book that nicely combines practical approach with understanding of the underlying concepts. The author has gone a great length in making the book practically useful, starting with "nuts and bolts" with plenty of examples, tips, real life experiences and "dos and don'ts".
