This book is written for Spurs fans by a Spurs fan. My purpose for this creation is to give my readers an informative look at the Spurs' history that they wouldn't get from reading any other book. I also will be taking time to pick apart false narratives that were built by non-Spurs fans and the media over the years in attempts to discredit what the team's franchise players accomplished in their Hall Of Fame careers. Another goal I had for this project was to make a case for why I feel like the Spurs' franchise players should be held in higher regard. It will be obvious to all that read these pages that I'm a diehard Spurs fan, but in my attempt to come up with possible angles for arguments in those players' favor in these discussions, my opinions WILL BE BASED ON FACTS and as impartial as possible in terms of the narratives that I present. I can't promise that readers won't feel a sense of partiality when they see how I make my case for these players against other all-time greats, but the one thing I can promise is that it's all based on the truth.
