Spoken Words Of The General Vol. 3: Book of poems

I decided to write this book because I am sitting in a jail cell, that's when my mind is in so much thought. Being locked in a jail cell 23 hours in and 1 hour out you have a lot of time to yourself. You can either waste the time or take advantage of it by turning a negative into a positive. Sitting in here thinking about a lot of things that happened in my life from the ups and downs, the hurt the happiness, I was able to vent through my blue pen. The reason that I wrote everything in my composition notebook is because throughout all those situations I turned cold. My heart began to become numb through all the pain and suffering that I've had to face in my 30 years of living. On the outside looking in a lot of people would have died to be in my shoes because they always see all the happiness I portray, and they don't feel the pain that I feel on the inside.
