Excellent!

I've read many books on spiritual warfare and Karl's book is my favorite. Coming from a conservative evangelical background, his approach makes this controversial topic palatable and understandable especially for those coming from a skeptical perspective. He also takes care to address that not every difficulty or draw to sin comes from demonization. It can also come from external solicitations from the World, internal ones from the bent of our Flesh, as well as supernaturally thru the Demonic realm. He has chapters that address each of these and teaches you how to discern which is which and how to defend against each one. This newer version has additional tips and steps in the back to walk you thru a deliverance session which is very helpful. HIGHLY recommend! The supernatural world is VERY real and we do battle against spiritual forces of evil, but JESUS IS GREATER!!! You can be free of suicidal thoughts, addictions and bondage thru His victory on the cross!

Spiritual Warfare is one of the best ever written on this subject

The subject matter is factual and upmost importance, the author Karl Payne, takes a no nonsense approach and offers application and understanding with many key insights: like setting the ground rules, and the white throne of judgment. After reading this book one should be well-equipped for spiritual warfare once one has already accepted the finished work of Jesus Christ. For without Jesus Christ as our personal savior we have no chance in being successful based upon our righteousness.
