Deep, thought-provoking

This book is rich with archetypal material--both in images and in words. The author/artist has taken a deep inner journey to find that simply expressing her emotions through art has helped her to heal. The art is filled with shadow and light; the words are profound in touching places most of us only imagine. VERY INSPIRING!!

A growing interactive experience

I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF ONE OF THE AUTHOR'S WORKSHOPS AND GOT REALLY IMPRESSED ON HOW FROM PRESSUMINGLY SIMPLISTIC DIRECTED ACTIVITIES PARTICIPANTS WERE ABLE TO GATHER INFO FROM THEIR MINDS AND HEARTS THAT WAS HIDDEN SOMEWHERE LIKE THE BIG ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM OF THEIR LIVES. IT WAS A VERY MOVING AND HELPFUL EXPERIENCE. KNOWING THE AUTHOR ALSO HELPED ME TO SEE THE CRITICAL IMPORTANCE OF ART IN OUR LIVES AND HOW WE ALL CAN ACTUALLY USE IT TO HEAL, TO LEAVE OUR BAGGAGE BEHIND AND MOVE ON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO GROW AND BE A BETTER AND MORE AUTHENTIC HUMAN BEING.
