On Dec. 11, 1990 the worst fatal accident in Tennessee history took place on I-75 just outside Calhoun, Tenn. 12 people died and 42 were injured in the 99-vehicle pileup. It was truly a horrific event, my husband died in the ensuing fire, and I suffered fourth degree burns when both my feet burned to the bone. But with faith great tribulation creates great spiritual growth. Miracles are all around us if we have the eyes to see them. In my book I discuss the accident in graphic detail, and the things I saw that day I would later realize as miracles. I will reveal to you my most amazing experience of leaving my body and encountering God, and what that felt like to me. This event was so profound it changed me forever. I talk about the severity of my injuries, and the years of recovery. I do my best to share with you what I learned from this experience. Explaining the steps I took to get well. I realized that equal damage had been done to me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and in order to be well again I would need to heal on all four levels. Forced to learn heavy duty spiritual lessons I evolved. That is why I called my book 'Spiritual Evolution'
