Is there any place on Earth more romantic and mysterious than Scotland?

If so, point me in that direction I love everything about Scotland - the hills, the moors, the shores, the lochs, the cities, the villages... and the stories. Everything

Well, maybe not so much the weather. But even the cloudy skies of Scotland surge with romance and mystery.
I wrote - or, rather, rewrote - these tales from Scottish folklore as I was doing research for a project that includes a great deal of Celtic history. And I fell in love with Scotland all over again. I hope you enjoy these tales as much as I do

The collection is, strictly speaking, not entirely Scottish, but Celtic; there's a lot of overlap between Scotland and Ireland (with dashes of Britain and Wales) in the mists of that history, so with it comes to the mythology, Scotland borrows some of its gods and goddesses from Ireland. I hope you won't mind this blurring of the lines.
