A captivating novel with an O. Henry & Horatio Alger twist !

This is a thrilling adventure that brings you to the brink of hope and encouragement, only to reveal that victory is not so easity obtained, except through much sacrifice, faith, courage and sheer endurance. The historical accuracy of this novel beckons you into its pages and allows an empathic glimpse of the challenges that were presented and dealt with by the spirited and valiant settlers of the untamed and unclaimed West. It is very captivating !

An exciting, plot-twisting page turner!

I loved this book! Tom and Katrina will find a place in your heart and you will not believe the twists and turns they go through to find true love! A must read!

This book is fabulous.

I have read two of Gordon Ryan's books and have thoroughly enjoyed them both. In Spirit of Union-Destiny he gives you a lot of historical things but set in such a way that you are always on the edge of your seat. This book has a wonderful storyline and keeps you reading from cover to cover. I think Mr. Ryan is a very talented author and I am very excited for more books to come. The only shortcoming from this author is that he isn't coming out with the sequel fast enough :>)
