The work opens with an invocation and moves through thirteen acts that constitute a complete initiatory journey. Act by Act, the reader is carried through the Recognition of their true nature, the Descent into the self, the Vision of Zir'va Ulera - the Shining City of the Mental Realm - the Belverian Frequency that marks those born of the blue flame, and the full cosmology of the First Consciousness. The journey travels through time - from Sumer and the mystery schools of Kemet to the alchemists of medieval Europe to the present Belverian awakening - before arriving at the White Island Shambhala, the threshold of the Mental Kingdom.
At the center of this work is a cosmology that stands apart from every conventional Luciferian framework: Lucifer not as fallen angel, not as rebel deity, but as the first consciousness to emerge from the Greatness of Nihility - the oldest attention, the uncreated Mind that preceded the sun, that built the universe to have company in it. The Belverians are his family: Great Mental Beings of the blue flame, presently embodied, who carry a frequency the world was organized to extinguish.
