This is a must book for every Christian educator as well as parents. The insightful suggestions are written from a Christian perspective and extremely helpful for moving students and children toward predetermined behaviors. Learning how to minister to the spirit of a child is far more important than just providing consequences for inappropriate behavior. I gained a whole new perspective on what is happening in the heart and mind of students and children.
