Immersive YA Chinese Fantasy

This book is well paced, well written and a good ride. Maia is a lovely protagonist - caring, smart, dedicated, but also willful and powerful. The romance was well built and done gently. The adventures are interesting and captivating. Highly recommended

Book is an ex lib. In vgc however it has plastic cover that if removed it might ruin the dust jacket and stamp from library on the edge of pages
