"Like New" had writing in it. :(

Disappointed to find part of a crossword activity was already filled out in pencil. For a typical used item, this may be expected to sometimes occur, but NOT when listed "Like New", according to the site's own criteria. I feel mislead. Screening for single-use items should be very thorough. I would never order a work book listed below "like new" condition for this reason, nor should they ever be resold.

Pages MISSING and Writing in book!

Item description did not mention pages missing or writing in the book. Very upset because I will not get a refund due to the fact I just noticed this today after purchasing a year ago. I could have bought a brand new one at this rate! Waste of my money and time!

nice for home schooling

The Spelling Workout series are great books for the homeschool family. They present words in logical groupings, teach words that are in commom usage, and offer enough variety so they aren't boring for the student. They are easily broken up into daily assignments that cover one lesson each week and fill up an entire school year.

Spelling Workout

Spelling Workout is a great comprehensive spelling program. It includes a dictionary of the spelling words covered, in the back of the book. It includes grammar, writing and vocabulary lessons in the daily activities. The words are grade challenging. My kids are enjoying using this program and are learning so much.
