A dark mass slowly descended out of the star strewn sky and hovered menacingly above twenty-three and a half Vulcan Mews, Doncaster, the home of the unsuspecting Gorry family. Two figures sauntered into view, their footsteps crunching on the gravel. They stopped across from the Gorry house and stared hard at the spectre on the roof. Almost immediately the air began to crackle with electricity. Caught in the electrical current and unable to sustain its shape or position a moment longer the black mass angrily began to disperse. The watchers braced themselves for they knew what was to come; then moved on.
