Speed Reading Really Works

I learned that speed reading is really efficient reading. This book is so full of common sense. It has helped me become a much more efficient reader.

Great book.

I have read most of the books on speed reading and I find Speed Reading for Dummies by Richard Sutz the best. Richard's strong background in the area of speed reading is evident. The book is current, readable, and practical. With the step-by-step approach, I found myself engrossed in the activities. My reading speed has improved dramatically. Reading is a lot more fun now!!

I purchased Speed Reading for Dummies for my grandson. He is in high school and he struggles with reading. I thought I would take a look at the book before giving it to him. I found myself engrossed in the book and trying some of the techniques for improving my reading. I ended up purchasing a second copy for my grandson and I kept a copy for myself. It has changed my level of comprehension and fluency. I have trained myself to lose the "voice" of the reader. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! A good book for readers of all ages

Excellent resource

I purchased this book to help improve my reading efficiency. Over the years, I've felt my reading speed has declined. With the helpful tools and exercises in this book, I've seen a marked improvement in not only my reading speed, but comprehension as well. I recommend this book to everyone! I was so pleased with the results after finishing this book that I went on to purchase the corresponding software program.
