Our goal was to find answers to the following questions: How is inclusive working implemented in speech therapy in practice? What opportunities and limitations do those involved see in inclusive working in speech therapy? To this end, we interviewed three speech therapists who reported on their experiences in this area. We evaluated the interviews using qualitative content analysis. It turned out that there are many different ways of implementing inclusive speech therapy. Speech therapists are free to choose how they offer speech therapy in the classroom. With regard to opportunities and limitations, advantages and disadvantages for both speech therapists and the children concerned are mentioned. All three interviewees report that inclusive speech therapy is not possible, but that all children, including those with speech impairments, can benefit from speech support.
