Great First Amendment Text

Schweber, who is both a political science Ph.D. and an attorney, clearly and concisely walks the reader through opposing arguments on hot constitutional topics like the freedoms of speech, religion, the press and assembly. He shows that there are no objective answers to these fundamental constitutional issues, only differing patterns and assumptions. The book is a solid overview from an obviously sharp legal mind.
