Speech and Silence

What we truly are is bliss, love and peace. However, by always following our 'monkey minds' we prevent ourselves from experiencing the permanent happiness of our true nature. What then can we do? One of the means of training our minds to be still, advises Swami Premananda, is to carefully observe our speech. What we say and what we listen to can either distance us from our inherent peace of mind or bring us closer to it.
