Colorful and Age Appropriate

I checked out a few other phonics programs for my homeschooled kindergartener before chosing this one. I was having a problem finding something that worked for her, as well as giving me a program which blended reading, writing and phonics together smoothly. Spectrum Phonics K is spot on and works great with the Spectrum Reading and Spectrum Writting books. The books are colorful and engaging, and the lessons short enough as to not be overwhelming, while providing the ground work for reading.

Because of the bright colors and appealing graphics, my son was motivated to do his daily work in this book. It is perfect for developing basic, pre-reading skills.
