Attached is a list of safety precautions and guidelines for life within Kaleidoscope. Please note that strict adherence to these instructions must be observed at all times. You are to report to the entrance of Kaleidoscope, on the thirteenth of October, at precisely eight o'clock a.m. + Entry into Kaleidoscope will be executed under the supervision of an armed guard. + You will be assigned a mentor to aid your progress while you remain within Kaleidoscope. + Access to specific areas of Kaleidoscope is forbidden. You must stick to your assigned areas of study and observation. + Partial color contacts will be assigned to you on particular assignments. They are to be returned at the end of the assignment period. + Any and all information you gain from your experience within Kaleidoscope must be closely guarded and kept from all non-authorized citizens of Spectrum. + Color contacts are in short supply. Color sources are running scarce. You are not permitted to keep or prolong your time with assigned color contacts. + Please note that Colortheft is a criminal offense, the penalty for which is complete blindness and/or imprisonment.
