Teachers influence people of different ages. The wide-ranging education system, from elementary to quaternary level, requires different learning prerequisites and points to differences in development. The extent to which this is taken into account depends on knowledge and implementation of development, learning ability, learning theories and forms, memory structures and functioning, teaching methods, motivation and socio-psychological aspects.
