NEW DELHI: For the second time this month, PM Narendra Modi on Sunday suggested that the term 'Divyang' (divine body) instead of 'viklang' be used for persons with disability. This proposed change in nomenclature is being worked out at the ministry of social justice which handles disability affairs. Officials, however say there is a lack of consensus among consultants, activists and government functionaries on the proposed shift in terminology, and that the change from 'viklang' to 'divyang' needs to be widely consulted before it gets through. The implementation of inclusive education for "Equitable and Quality Inclusive Education for promoting lifelong learning opportunity to all" is now very essence and challenging issue for us. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nations' global development network. Headquartered in New York City, UNDP advocates for change and connects countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. "The Agenda offer a unique opportunity to put the whole world on a more prosperous and sustainable development path. In many ways, it reflects what UNDP was created for".We both are obliged to bring this book, which is specially designed for the teachers and students of B.Ed to covers the wide ranging continuum of important areas of "Special, Integrated and Inclusive Education". Creating an Inclusive School is the responsibility of everyone involved in the Education for exceptional children. This is very essential for Protection of Human justice and Rights around the world through legal and systematic structure. The content of this book will helpful in finding the answers of the problems related to the field of Inclusive Education and it cover all the syllabus of NCTE for B.Ed, M.Ed, M.A (Education), B.A (Education), D.Ed.
