A very good reference book for Oracle Applications

I like this book, it is helpfull for both Oracle Applications users and functional consultants. It is also very helpfull to non Oracle Applications consultants to start effeciently in understanding and supporting Oracle Applications. Great Resource!

After 20 years in the HR/PR world and 11 years in Consulting, I can recommend this book as an excellent resource. As a consultant I almost wish they didn't tell so many of our secrets!The Human Resources and Payroll sections are insighful, accurate and show a lot of indepth product and implementation knowledge. Implementing the HR/PR products are really more of an art than a science, and these guys clearly have "been there".Thanks for a great product folks.

I hope this book will finally bring what we expect from it.

We are waiting for this book for a long time now and I hope it will not disappoint the readers in September. I am looking forward to sit down and read this book. I can't wait.

Implementing Oracle applications is challenging due to many complexities involved. A methodical approach and expert insight provided by books of this kind can build and increase confidence in the management, professionals and end-users involved in such ERP implementations. We are still to see the extent and depth of coverage this book provides to induce such confidence. I am sure we have many experts and their rich experience to learn pros and cons of implementations. Most of the suggestions can apply even for non-oracle ERP solutions.

Could potentially become a good book. I just hope that this book reaches production as promised. I have given up on the Oracle Financials Handbook by Oracle Press.
